This site tells the stories of neurodiverse leaders from the public and private sectors. Through a series of interviews and blogs it explores the practical implications of neurodiversity for effective leadership, providing insights and inspiration.


The interviews explore key questions such as:

  • how can we support neurodiverse leaders?
  • what would the world look like if we had different ways of thinking at the top?
  • how can the neurodiverse brain help shape systems and society for the better?

    Our brains are all different and work differently. The word neurodiversity is often used to describe how our brains process information. It refers to different thinking patterns or cognitive types such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and tourette syndrome. 


    Lisi Bouchard (Civil Servant and Leadership Coach) created this website to explore and celebrate what neurodiversity can bring to leadership. For more information about why please see her blog 'Why neurodiverse leaders?'
